- Commitment to drive the business: The Learning Centre should demonstrate a strong commitment to drive the success of the business, actively promoting and marketing the courses offered.
- Suitable location: The Learning Centre should have a commercial space of 1000-1200 sq ft in a prime location, ensuring accessibility and visibility. The space should also allow for future expansion as the business grows.
- Hardware and software: The Learning Centre should provide the recommended hardware and software required for the training courses, ensuring that students have access to the necessary tools and technology.
- Local sales and marketing : The Learning Centre is responsible for local sales and marketing efforts, promoting the courses and attracting students to enroll. This includes advertising, outreach activities, and building partnerships with local educational institutions or businesses.
- Use the brand name: Permission to the Learning Centre to use its brand name, leveraging the reputation and recognition of the academy.
- Training delivery: Academy delivers the training programs from its own delivery center, ensuring that students receive industry-relevant and high-quality education.
- Artwork and designs for sales and marketing: Provide artwork and designs that can be used by the Learning Centre for sales and marketing purposes.
- Business know-how: Offer guidance and expertise in setting up the Learning Centre, assisting with marketing and sales strategies, and sharing business knowledge to ensure the center’s success.
- Content development: Developing and updating the course content, ensuring that it remains relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards and trends.
- Mentoring and training of Learning Centre staff: Mentoring and training programs for the staff members of the Learning Centre, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Placement assistance: Support the Learning Centre in providing placement assistance to students, helping them secure job opportunities in the industry upon completion of their courses.
- Periodic audits: Academy conducts periodic audits of the Learning Centre to ensure adherence to quality standards, curriculum delivery, and overall performance.
- Access to student management ERP: The Learning Centre gains access to a complete student management Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which assists in managing student records, attendance, assessments, and other administrative tasks.
